Why the star light and the moon won’t stay still? Is it broken? How to keep the stars and the moon always on?
Hello, it’s the default mode and it’s not broken. It’s our new design – dynamic star blinking mode. The green stars will not stay still all the time, they will flicker for a while and then disappear for a while. You can click the second and the third button on the machine to keep the stars and the moon staying still.
Is it safe to keep the light on for 12 hours continuously?
It’s better the power of the star projector for 10 minutes after using 4 hours, then turn it on again, otherwise, the bulbs or LED lights will burn out quickly. For safety reasons, we have designed a 4-hour automatic shutdown protection program for the machine to ensure safe use.
Does the star projector cover the whole room?
It would probably cover 25′ x 25′ or more, because the projection coverage depends on the distance it is from the surface. The farther the projector is from the ceiling, the larger the area covered by the projection.
