The ball fully charged but won’t turn on?
The ball will be stationary and not moving during rest time. It’s not means the ball broken. It can be activated by tapping or shaking it, after activation, the ball will restart the play-and-rest cycle.
The ball did light up but was completely stationary?
If there is no interaction for an extended period during the play-and-rest cycle, the ball will enter standby mode when the cycle ends. The light will flash twice rapidly every 5 seconds to attract pets. It can be activated by tapping or shaking it.
Why did it work continuously initially but only intermittently later?
Because that’s how dog balls work. Start rotation for 10s and stop. After 30s standby then rotation for 10s. After 60s standby and rotation for 10s. After 120s of standby and 10srotation. Then enter sleep mode, blinking rapidly 2 times every 5s.
